Order Processing
Orders are typically prepared for dispatch within 2-3 business days
As each Auld Sod gift includes personalised elements, processing times may occasionally be slightly longer during busy periods. If there is a significant delay with your order, we will contact you.
Shipping within Ireland
Estimated delivery after dispatch is 1–3 business days.
International Shipping
We ship The Auld Sod to customers around the world.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch are:
- United Kingdom: 3–7 business days
- Europe: 4–8 business days
- United States & Canada: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 7–14 business days
These are estimated delivery times and may vary depending on the destination, local postal services, customs processing and other circumstances outside our control.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to local customs duties, import taxes or other charges depending on the destination country.
Where applicable, these charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the purchase price or shipping charge unless specifically stated at checkout.
Tracking
Where tracking is available for your chosen shipping service, tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please check your delivery address carefully when placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we cannot guarantee that the delivery address can be changed.
Lost or Damaged Orders
We take great care when packaging every Auld Sod.
If your order arrives damaged, or you believe it has been lost in transit, please contact us with your order details and, in the case of damage, photographs of the packaging and product.
We will work with you and the delivery provider to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
